Huawei customers provide 24-hour telephone and online consultation services. If the product is damaged due to non-human factors within seven days of sale, they can request a return, replacement, or repair from our company. If it is a machine malfunction, our company will arrange maintenance personnel to come and inspect it within a few working days. And proactively call back customers within seven working days to listen to their opinions and suggestions, and promptly analyze any issues with the system.
